Guided by park views and the site’s irregular form, the design integrates landscape and architecture through flowing green spaces, layered outdoor areas, and retained trees.
Climate-responsive façades, shaded walkways, water bodies, and a landscaped terrace create comfortable, sustainable spaces while strengthening family interaction and everyday living.

The villa responds to Delhi-NCR’s climate through passive design strategies, including recessed façades, water bodies for evaporative cooling, retained trees, green terraces, and planned cross-ventilation to enhance indoor and outdoor comfort.
The client’s brief was to design a joint-family villa that maximizes green spaces and views toward the neighborhood park. The ground floor accommodates the client’s brother, his wife, and grandparents, while the first floor is planned for the client, his wife, and son. A basement level includes a home theatre, bar, and gym, connected to an outdoor staircase and a patio to bring in natural light.
